I am in Switzerland for a gallery show and Advanced Style book signing. While walking through the streets of Bern I saw this wonderful lady with gorgeous red accessories. I hope to capture some more great Swiss style while I'm here.
I love your idea of shooting older people and giving us inspiration. You are doing a great work. Keep it up and try developing your photography skills!

I was at the opera in St. Gallen (another Swiss city) this weekend and took pictures of the people there. I also found some well dressed elderly people. You can find the post here, if you're interested: http://ahintofredness.blogspot.com/2012/05/outfits-at-salome-premiere-in-st-gallen.html I also took the chance to mention your blog and give a link to it because I really enjoy your posts.
I hope you're having a great time in Switzerland! I shot this wonderful lady in Zurich last month: http://chic-in-zurich.blogspot.com/2012/04/renate.html
I am living in Berne and have last week ordered 2 of your new book "Advance Style" and would be terribly excited to receive a signed copy... how to get one? Thanks and this lady is awesome! Christa
Good post. I learn something new and challenging. It is always helpful to read through articles from other authors and use something from their websites.
I have just spent some time on your blog. All the women are beautiful. I just turned 60 and feel 40 so maybe I will have the spirit of this Swiss beauty. Nicole/Beadwright

Great photo. Love the red LV Alma!
I am curious as to how you manage to get people to agree to posing for your photos. What do you say when you approach them? I would love to know.
And I agree, I love the red accessories. It was only yesterday that I bought myself some red gloves and a hat for our winter here in Australia.

She looks very chic. Love her glasses, as well as the red accessories.
she has something very swiss, even if I can't point my finger on it. (not only the red color...?)
here you managed to take a picture of a very authentic swiss spirit.
