I spotted this gorgeous 90 year old lady and her daughter at my hotel in Cancun. With everyone in bathing suits and shorts, it was a pleasure to see this well dressed pair. They were very excited to have their photo taken and told me that later on they'd both be in their finest for New Year's Eve. I asked the daughter if her mother is always so fashionable and she replied," She dresses up everyday, no matter what." I saw them later that night and they definitely didn't disappoint.

My mother lived to be 93 and was perfectly dressed, coiffed and made up (very lightly, just lipstick) almost to the day she left us. It is such a model for one's daughter(s)! I will do the same. Great blog! great post!

Beautiful photos of beautiful ladies today. The 90 year old looks fantastic. My own dear mum was in a Nursing Home (because of strokes) for the last year of her life, but she still had her hair done every week, and always wore all her jewellery and make up. I hope that I can also be like that.

The mother and daughter are absolutely delightful. The smiles and the outfits are a gift for all to see.
My teenage daughter and I are very close. I hope we remain so in years to come like these two beautiful ladies! I was just telling her that when I am a grandmother, I want to be called "Glammy" instead of Grammy!
